Policies

 

  • Orders must be placed 48 hours before event
  • If you require multiple services or drops you must place separate orders ie. breakfast and lunch orders for same room must be placed separately.
  • Day of alterations may incur additional service charges.
  • Perishables will not be left out for more than 4 hours due to health and safety standards. In most instances, customers will not be able to take leftover perishable foods home and the conclusion of functions due to health regulations. Eurest must be consulted prior to any food, perishables or not leaving the premises.
  • Additional equipment rentals will incur additional charges ie. linen, china etc.
  • All cancellations within a 48 hour window will be subject to full charges, unless otherwise stated by a member of the Ingredients Team.
